Obviously the game is no longer going to be on the PlayStation 3, but given Sony’s lead in the current generation it doesn’t seem unreasonable to imagine that if the game does still exist that it will remain an exclusive.
But at the moment Rockstar Games doesn’t have any new games scheduled for release, not even story DLC for Grand Theft Auto V. And although it’s widely imagined that their next major game will be a sequel to Red Dead Redemption there’s no actual evidence of that.
